Software Project Manager

Job Requirements:

Lead client development projects in Internet, Extranet & Intranet activities.
Manage 5-7 software developers, graphic designers & system engineers in large-scale web development leading into e-Commerce solutions.
Must be a team worker, strong leader, proficient integrator, communicator & negotiator.
Develop new applications and modify existing applications to meet distinct and changing business requirements.
Strong software project management skills required.
Content Management System Design and/or Support.
Knowledgeable about how web sites function from a technical, end-user, and client perspective.
Strong debugging and architecture skills.
Work with product marketing to prioritize features and enhancements; drive functional specifications from marketing requirements documents.
Experience with developing software with high reliability, scalability, availability and performance.
Experience in managing projects - creating plans, schedules, and managing to plan.
Knowledge of how components of an application connect to create a comprehensive solution.
Internet Marketing experience a plus.

Technologies:

Must have familiarity of evolving Web Technologies such as Microsoft .NET Framework (with ASP.net, C#, Microsoft Biztalk, XML, VBScript, ASP, Visual Studio and JavaScript).
Strong SQL Server skills.
Employing Web Interface Standards including XML, XSLT, DHTML, and JavaScript Visual Basic.
Must have experience developing relatively complex systems implemented in ASP.
Solid .NET experience.
Should have formal understanding of data structure.
Experience in application design and requirements specification process.
Excellent object oriented design and software development skills.
