Flash Multimedia Developer

Job Requirements:

Responsible for working with the creative team to develop and program dynamic interfaces and interactive applications for major clients.
Knowledge of Macromedia Flash Action Scripting is also required.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and develop innovative multimedia solutions.
Strong understanding of current media technologies and their applications.
Experience in Dynamic Flash Applications.
Extreme passion for new design along with sound principles in corporate/commercial design.
Research and suggest innovative multimedia solutions.
The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of various interactive and motion based media formats.
Background in multimedia, web design and development.

Technologies:

Macromedia Flash MX design experience, with a proven track record and portfolio.
HTML / XML experience, with a proven track record and samples of work.
Expert Flash optimization skills.
Knowledge of all client-side code, including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and cross browser issues.
Working knowledge of Macromedia Flash Action Scripting is also required.
Knowledge of Flash Communication Server is a plus.
Experience in design and design tools such as Adobe and Macromedia products.
Additional ability in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Director Lingo and Dreamweaver; is a plus.
