Job Requirements:

Accountant/Project Administrator to assist in writing proposals, estimates and
purchase orders.

Manage invoices and PO details and communicate with clients.

Budget reporting and resource loading.

Backup accounting and advisor for accounting procedures.

Must be willing to take on new responsibilities.

Excellent opportunity in project administration.

Your work should demonstrate attention to detail.

Must have excellent organizational skills; be able to manage workload and work
unsupervised.
Technologies:
-
Current, extensive experience with QuickBooks software.
-
Experience supporting the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Project.
-
Computer and Internet competency are essential.
