Accountant/Project Administrator

Job Requirements:
  • Accountant/Project Administrator to assist in writing proposals, estimates and purchase orders.
  • Manage invoices and PO details and communicate with clients.
  • Budget reporting and resource loading.
  • Backup accounting and advisor for accounting procedures.
  • Must be willing to take on new responsibilities.
  • Excellent opportunity in project administration.
  • Your work should demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills; be able to manage workload and work unsupervised.

Technologies:
  • Current, extensive experience with QuickBooks software.
  • Experience supporting the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Project.
  • Computer and Internet competency are essential.
